online and offline. Within hours, the Jio website was down for while as
there was a huge demand to prebook the JioPhone.

The Jio website faced hiccups in processing the multiple requests from
interested consumers. Now, the website is back but the JioPhone
pre-bookings have been suspended due to the inability to process the
huge demand. For now, people can only register their interest in
purchasing the JioPhone and now pre-book the device. In fact, the
website reads, "We will inform you when the pre-booking resumes." Also,
the pre-booking option has been removed from the website
Currently, there is no official confirmation regarding when the
users will be able to pre-book the JioPhone next. But the company has
come up with a way for those who pre-booked the device to get to know
the status of their booking.
Check the status of your pre-booked JioPhone
If you managed to pre-book the JioPhone, you can check the status of the
pre-booking by dialing ‘18008908900'. You need to share your registered
mobile number in order to know the status of the JioPhone booking. You
can also get to know the status of your JioPhone pre-booking via the
MyJio app by clicking on the ‘My Vouchers' tab in the app.
